It is not a corporation, a record label, or a K-pop agency, and the artists you see on this site (AERI∞, KAIRO, VELA) are AI-generated fictional characters, not signed talent. For privacy reasons the creator does not publish their legal name on the Site; official commercial engagements are handled through freelance platforms and direct written agreements where identity is verified as required.

This site is a portfolio and project-inquiry site only. There are no user accounts, no logins, no payment processing, and no file upload feature on the Site itself. All commercial engagement, quotes, and payment happen off this website after you contact us through the intake form.

Our site runs on the Lovable platform. Lovable provides the underlying hosting, build pipeline, and platform-level controls. AI Creative Director Studio is responsible for the application logic, the content we publish, the materials clients submit to us, and how we handle project communications.

The public site does not require an account to browse. Project intake happens through our contact form. Administrative access to the project is limited to AI Creative Director Studio staff and is protected by the authentication controls provided by our hosting platform.

We collect only what you submit through the contact form (name, email, project details, optional reference links) and standard server logs. Full detail lives in our Privacy Policy.

We use third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, and the generative AI tools used to produce client work. We do not run third-party advertising trackers or analytics pixels on this site today. If that changes, we will update our privacy policy and add a cookie consent banner.

We currently use only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function.

Project materials and correspondence are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward for business and legal purposes. To request deletion of your data, contact us through the form below.

All AI Creative Director Studio artists are AI-generated, and client projects are produced using generative AI. We do not accept user-uploaded photos of real people for biometric processing through this site. Our full position on AI use, likeness, and licensing is in our Terms.

If you believe you have found a security or privacy issue affecting this site, please reach out through our contact form and mark your message as a security report. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
