Privacy Policy

This is a portfolio and project-inquiry site. There is no sign-up, login, or user account system, no payment processing, and no file or image upload feature on the Site itself. The only personal information you actively submit through the Site is what you type into the contact form. Any photos or materials you later share with us happen off-platform (email, DM, freelance-platform message) at your discretion and are covered by the separate off-platform materials section below.

We do not currently run third-party analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or session-replay tools on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy and add a cookie consent banner before enabling them.

To produce client work, we use third-party generative AI tools including Higgsfield and Nano Banana, among others. Any materials you share with us off-platform for a project may be processed by these tools under their own separate terms and privacy policies. We do not upload your materials to any AI tool that we know retains inputs for open-model training without an opt-out, and we do not opt your materials into third-party model-training programs.

• Information you submit. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, project type, orientation, scene count, budget range, any reference links, and any comments you choose to share.
• Reference materials. If you send photos, audio, video, or other materials as part of a project, we receive and store them only to complete that project.
• Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps) are collected automatically when you visit the site.
• Cookies. We use only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers or analytics pixels at this time. If we add them, we will update this policy and add a cookie consent banner.

• To respond to project inquiries and prepare a quote.
• To complete projects you commission from us.
• To send replies and follow-up messages about your project.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the website.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

• What's collected: submitted photos and any contact info provided.
• Why: to generate the requested AI content.
• Who it's shared with: named third-party AI tools used (Higgsfield, Nano Banana, and any others currently in use).
• Retention: photos are deleted within 30 days of completing the request.
• How to request deletion: email deletion requests via our contact form and we will remove your photo from our systems.

Reference materials you submit may be processed using third-party AI tools to generate your project. We do not use your submitted materials to train AI models beyond your specific project unless you explicitly opt in in writing.

We share information only with:

• Service providers that host the site, deliver email, or run the AI tooling used to produce your project, under confidentiality obligations.
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law.

Project inquiries are retained for up to 24 months after our last correspondence, then deleted or anonymized. Reference materials are deleted on project completion, on request, or within the same window, whichever comes first.

If you are in the EU/UK or California, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell it). Submit requests via our contact form. We will respond within 30 days.

We use HTTPS, restricted access, and standard HTTP security headers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
