Privacy Policy

This is a portfolio and project-inquiry site. There is no sign-up, login, or user account system, no payment processing, and no file or image upload feature on the Site itself. The only personal information you actively submit through the Site is what you type into the contact form. Any photos or materials you later share with the Studio happen off-platform (email, DM, freelance-platform message) at your discretion and are covered by the separate off-platform materials section below.

The Studio does not currently run third-party analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or session-replay tools on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent banner added before they are enabled.

To produce client work, the Studio uses Higgsfield AI (creative generation platform) — used to produce image, video, and audio content for client projects. Higgsfield provides access to a range of underlying AI models (including its own models and third-party models for image, video, and audio generation) which may change over time as Higgsfield updates its offering, and other AI tools used in production. Any materials you share off-platform for a project may be processed by these tools under their own separate terms and privacy policies. The Studio does not upload materials to any AI tool known to retain inputs for open-model training without an opt-out, and does not opt your materials into third-party model-training programs.

• Information you submit. When you use the contact form, the Studio collects your name, email, the service you're interested in (Music Videos, AI Character, AI Influencers, Advertising, or "Other" with a free-text field), your message, and the timestamp of your consent to these terms.
• Reference materials. If you send photos, audio, video, or other materials off-platform as part of a project, the Studio receives and stores them only to complete that project.
• Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps) are collected automatically when you visit the site.
• Cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function are used. The Studio does not run third-party advertising trackers or analytics pixels at this time. If they are added, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent banner added.

• To respond to project inquiries and prepare a quote.
• To complete projects you commission from the Studio.
• To send replies and follow-up messages about your project.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the website.
• To comply with legal obligations.

The Studio does not sell your personal information.

• What's collected: photos, audio, video, or reference materials you choose to send off-platform (email, DM, or freelance-platform message), plus the contact info you use to send them.
• Why: solely to produce the commissioned project.
• Who it's shared with: the third-party AI tools used in production (see the subprocessors section below).
• Retention: retained only as long as necessary to complete the project, and deleted on request.
• How to request deletion: send a deletion request via the contact form and the Studio will remove your materials from its systems.

Reference materials you submit may be processed using third-party AI tools to generate your project. The Studio does not use your submitted materials to train AI models beyond your specific project unless you explicitly opt in in writing.

Information is shared only with:

• Service providers that host the site, deliver email, or run the AI tooling used to produce your project, under confidentiality obligations.
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law.

The Studio relies on the following subprocessors to run this site and complete client work:

• Lovable Cloud (managed hosting and database) — stores contact form submissions.
• Cloudflare (content delivery and edge runtime) — serves the site and handles inbound traffic.
• Higgsfield AI (creative generation platform) and other AI tools used in production — process reference materials you send off-platform to produce your project.

These providers operate globally, which means your information may be stored or processed outside your country of residence, including in jurisdictions with different data protection laws. For users in the EU/UK, any transfer of personal data outside the EEA/UK relies on the providers' own safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Project inquiries are retained for up to 24 months after the last correspondence, then deleted or anonymized. Reference materials are retained only as long as necessary to complete the project, and deleted on request.

If you are in the EU/UK or California, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of any sale of personal information (the Studio does not sell it). Submit requests via the contact form. The Studio will respond within 30 days.

The Studio uses HTTPS, restricted access, and standard HTTP security headers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but reasonable steps are taken to protect your information.

The site is not directed to children under 13 and the Studio does not knowingly collect their data.
