This Site is a portfolio and project-inquiry site only. It does not offer user accounts or logins, does not process payments, and does not accept file or image uploads through the Site itself. All commercial engagement, quotes, contracts, revisions, and payment happen off this website (freelance platform or direct invoice) after you contact us through the intake form.

By accessing or using the Site, including submitting any form or content, you accept these Terms in full. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

AI Creative Director Studio uses artificial intelligence tools to generate images, video, audio, and other creative content. All AI artists, visuals, and related media on this Site are synthetic and do not depict real individuals unless explicitly stated.

If you submit photos, audio, video, or other materials ("Inputs") for a project, you represent that you own the rights to that content or have explicit permission to use it, including any photos of real people. Do not submit biometric data or images of any person without their explicit consent. You are solely responsible for the legality of any Inputs you provide.

• Users may submit their own photo for custom AI-generated content.
• By submitting a photo, the user confirms it is their own image, or they have explicit permission from the person pictured to submit it.
• Users must be 18 or older to submit a photo.
• Submitted photos are processed using third-party AI tools (such as Higgsfield and Nano Banana) to generate content.
• AI Creative Director Studio is not responsible for how third-party AI tools process, store, or use submitted images. These tools may use submissions to improve their own AI models per their own separate terms.
• AI Creative Director Studio deletes submitted photos within 30 days of completing the request.
• All generated content is AI-generated and is not a real depiction of any actual person.

The following applies once photo upload is reintroduced to the Site: I confirm this is my own photo, or I have explicit permission from the person pictured to submit it. I'm 18 or older, and I understand my photo will be processed using third-party AI tools (such as Higgsfield and Nano Banana) to generate the requested content, and will be deleted within 30 days of completion.

Because this Site does not accept file uploads, any photos, audio, video, or reference materials you send after contacting us — by email, DM, freelance-platform message, or any channel outside this Site — are shared off-platform at your discretion. You are solely responsible for confirming that you own the rights to those materials, or have explicit consent from anyone depicted, that any depicted person is 18 or older (or, where a minor is depicted, that you have the proper legal consent to share their likeness), and that you are legally authorized to share them with us. AI Creative Director Studio bears no liability for materials sent to us that you did not have the right to share.

Materials we do receive off-platform are used only to produce the commissioned project, stored on access-restricted systems, and deleted within 30 days of project completion (or sooner on request).

By submitting Inputs, you grant AI Creative Director Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and modify them solely for the purpose of completing your project. You retain ownership of your original materials. We do not use your Inputs to train AI models beyond your specific project unless you explicitly opt in in writing.

Any data sent over the internet carries inherent transmission risk. While we apply reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data in transit or storage.

On full payment, paid clients own the final delivered work for their stated use. AI Creative Director Studio retains the right to showcase completed projects in its own portfolio and marketing unless the client opts out in writing before delivery.

All content on the Site, including the AERI∞, KAIRO, and VELA visuals, music, brand marks, and copy, is owned by AI Creative Director Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Submitting the intake form does not create a contract. Any work we perform is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, ownership, payment, and revisions.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content, or submit false or misleading information.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Creative Director Studio is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this Site or its services, including any AI generated content, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive.

The Site may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Check the "Last updated" date at the top.
